MEET THE TEAM: Praise for our fantastic sales team

We love our sales team so much we’ve decided to start a little blog to help you get to know a bit about them and how they’re helping their customers.

First up is dynamic Liane Bayliss – a veritable whirlwind of enthusiasm when it comes to our insulation products.

As area sales manager for the South East and London she has a geographically small but population rich patch.

She’s chuffed that a customer who was a little reticent about experimenting with Actis products has had a complete turnaround, is now a total convert and adores them as much as she does!

Liane managed to add £30,000 to the company’s sales in just a few months.

Louise Polston, commercial director at Alsford in Kent, part of the Fortis Buying Group, explained: “The hard work and dedication of both Liane and our branch team has seen our sales grow month on month, and a healthy pipeline of business being built.

“Liane is a great ambassador for the Actis brand, and we look forward to working with her to develop the growth seen in our flagship branches across the rest of the Alsford estate.”

Liane added: “I have been working closely with the Tonbridge branch, doing training, joint visit days and trade days with them, and referring customers to them as they are now stocking Actis products, to prove the sales potential -  and it has worked.”
