Timber frame carpenter uses Actis Hybrid in his own five-bedroom new build

A Kent timber frame specialist is such a fan of the Actis Hybrid range that he is using it to insulate his own five-bedroom detached home.

Andre Agard, owner of Margate-based A and S Carpentry, is also starting work on an extension in North Foreland which will be thermally excellent thanks to his use of Actis Hybrid products.

He has switched from solid insulation and will be using the Actis Hybrid range on as many future projects as possible.

Andre’s own home is now super snug thanks to his use of a combination of 125mm and 170mm insulation Hybris, insulating breather membrane BoostR Hybrid and insulating vapour control layer HControl Hybrid in the walls and roof.

The North Foreland project involves Andre installing 125mm Hybris in the pitched roof and walls.
