Actis takes part in first ever arts centre hosted LABC technical roadshow

The Actis technical team will be joining the first LABC technical seminar to be hosted in an arts centre next month.

The monthly roadshow will be landing in the historic market town of Sturminster Newton in Dorset on Thursday March 19 – where Actis will be presenting its popular session on how to address the performance gap with reflective insulation.

Delegates drawn from building, specification, building control and architecture backgrounds will be treated to a selection of modules which between them will offer three and a half hours of CPD training.

Other presentations will focus on topics such as damp protection for the concrete beam industry and addressing thermal performance in roof window installation.

The free seminar, which runs from 8am til 12.30pm and includes breakfast, will also provide insight into the latest news on building regulations and compliance.
