Actis wins global ‘outstanding insulation solution’ award

Actis has been presented with the Most Outstanding in Insulation Solutions award by Build magazine in its annual Design and Build Awards.

The global programme celebrates the most promising and best performing firms across all sectors of the architecture, construction building and interior design industry – from independent tradespeople to multinational corporations.

Actis beat off competition from six other competitors to win the title, with 200 other awards presented to companies across the globe.

The eyes of judges were attracted by the whole range of Actis Hybrid products - from its honeycomb style insulation Hybris panels, insulating vapour control layer HControl Hybrid and insulating breather membranes BoostR Hybrid Wall and BoostR Hybrid Roof.

All four are CE marked, have LABC and LABSS registered details, LABC Warranty and Premier Guarantee approval and are accepted by the NHBC when used in accordance with the certification.

Awards coordinator Megan Cashmore explained: “From the largest corporations and the smallest studios and practices right through to hard-working sole traders, the Design and Build Awards highlight only those who have proven themselves in this sector. Only excellence is of importance.”
